This 816 sq ft, 24 x 24 recreational cabin with loft was stick built with Hemlock board & batten siding, a gorgeous Pine tongue & groove cathedral ceiling and includes many South facing windows to enjoy the view, observe the wildlife and benefit from the passive solar warmth.
This cabin is fully insulated and sheetrocked. It has a corrugated steel roof. While there is currently no electric service or water supply to the cabin, there is minimal wiring inside the walls for future use. The free-standing woodstove keeps the cabin nice and warm throughout the year.
Located about 400 yards from the main house, and hidden by woods, this cabin overlooks a 5+ acre flat open field. It is perfect as a hunting cabin or as a refuge providing total solitude.
There is also a separate outhouse, which needs some work.
Below is a panoramic view of the cabin backyard.
